Mumbai based Hardik Vaidya, started off his professional career as a Civil Engineer, commissioned on India’s first indigenously constructed nuclear power plant in Kalpakkam, Chennai. Interestingly, even during his stint with Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE), Hardik was busy organizing the Chennai office’s annual day event and preparing the script for hosting their show too!
Being selected to represent India for the 5-day South Asian Youth Conference in Islamabad, Pakistan, is one of the many medals that this civil engineer from the prestigious National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, dons. In addition to his humour and intellect, Hardik stands out with the vast array of experience he brings with him prior to entering the field of anchoring. He brings with him a spread of corporate and start-up experience from domains such as Construction, Real Estate, Healthcare, Marketing & Communications, Education and Media.
In his current avatar, Hardik works at the intersection of events, entertainment and media. Clients often prefer him for his versatility, dynamism, spontaneity, ready wit and energy that he brings to any event or conversations in general.
The nature of events he has hosted so far include press conferences, product and brand launches, dealer and channel partner meets, CXO & celebrity interviews, team building events, panel discussions, moderations, conferences, fashion shows, competitions and festivals, literary events, academic events, musical concerts, government summits, lifestyle and social events. He comfortably eases into conversations with the crème de la crème of the business world, celebrities, MBA students and pre-school kids alike.
Hardik is also a prolific voice over artist and lends his talent to various kinds of videos and events. He brings to life corporate films, explainer videos, e-learning content, documentaries, commercial ads, web series, among other voice over requirements.
As an ex-entrepreneur, Hardik has been the founder of a content and communications agency. He is a skilled writer and has contributed to various publications such as MidDay, The Alternative, Campus Diaries, Youth Ki Awaaz to name a few. Hardik was commissioned to write the speech for a keynote speaker on the Healthcare track, at the Global Investors Summit, Assam.
A multiple award-winning dancer, Hardik does hip-hop, pop-lock, Bollywood and loves Garba! He is a regular judge during Navratri festivals in Mumbai. Hardik will never shy away from shaking a leg at his events and setting the rhythm for the evening.
