Hardik's career has crossed engineering, education, entrepreneurship, media and live experiences.

A graduate of NIT Nagpur, he began his professional journey as a Structural Engineer working on critical infrastructure projects, including India's nuclear energy sector. His work later took him into education through Teach For India, where he experienced firsthand the challenges and opportunities shaping modern India.

Entrepreneurship followed, with the launch of a communications and content venture that deepened his understanding of storytelling, audiences and brand communication.

These experiences eventually converged on stage.

Today, Hardik works at the intersection of business, culture and live experiences, hosting conferences, leadership forums, industry summits, government events and premium brand engagements across India and internationally. His unique background enables him to comfortably engage with CEOs, policymakers, founders, artists, diplomats and diverse audiences alike.
